Copyright agreement

Revista Portuguesa de Estudos Regionais (RPER) / Portuguese Review of Regional Studies is an open access journal that does not have commercial interests or costs for any of its users at any point in the publication process. This means there are no commercial interests involved and derivative works are allowed (anthologies or separate web pages, always acknowledging the original source). The texts published will be for open use on the internet, so they can be self-archived, freely distributed and included in institutional or thematic repositories, including personal web pages, with the only requirement of not being changed the content or structural format of the file (other than IT-related changes). Users have, of course, to acknowledge properly the documents source.

RPER uses the standardized Creative Commons CC BY-NC license.

As enounced, the journal allows authors to retain the copyright of their papers without restrictions. However, authors will grant the publisher the right of first publication.
