For this were compared elements raised diagnostics in both UC's, bibliographic search and analysis of secondary data. Was evidenced that despite the distinctions as to the location and forms of land occupation and use of resources, there are points in common, which can be taken as a basis for discussion of rural and regional development policies that have been and will be made to these areas.
