Política de Inovação: Filiação Histórica e Relação com as Políticas de Desenvolvimento Territorial

Abstract

This article intends to accomplish an approach about the policy aimed at promoting innovation in the context of the progressive historical transformation of the scientific and technological policies. We argue that, nowadays, the innovation policy has increasingly a regional dimension while the regional policy also involves vectors associated with the promotion of the innovation dynamics, in such a way that, at the operational level, a even at the conceptual level, there is a clear tendency of convergence, and even of fusion, of these policies that strongly value the so called software of development.
