Criatividade no turismo como promotora de sustentabilidade – Uma revisão de literatura

Resumo

A criatividade no turismo assume um caráter complexo e transversal aos vários setores da indústria turística, tal como influencia a satisfação turística de vários agentes interessados. Este tipo de criatividade, tanto na oferta como na procura turística, é capaz de promover a sustentabilidade no domínio ambiental, económico e sociocultural. O presente estudo visa a elaboração de uma revisão sistemática da literatura sobre o tema da criatividade no turismo como forma de promover a sustentabilidade, com vista a identificação de áreas mais estudadas e aspetos que podem ser objeto de uma maior atenção por parte de investigadores. A metodologia aplicada consistiu na análise de artigos de revistas científicas encontrados nas bases de dados Scopus e Web of Science, sendo realizada uma caraterização bibliométrica e uma análise de conteúdo. A análise realizada identificou oito lacunas de investigação como é exemplo as motivações e comportamentos dos turistas para pagar mais por produtos ou serviços criativos que promovem a sustentabilidade dos destinos.
